Masego Dipela

Masego Dipela is a Software Engineer and technology professional with a strong foundation in full-stack development, enterprise systems, business process design, and digital solution delivery. He is known for translating operational needs into practical, scalable systems, combining technical execution with stakeholder collaboration to deliver software that is usable, reliable, and aligned to real business objectives.

He currently serves as a Software Engineer at Good Code in Limpopo, where he works across the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design to implementation, deployment, and production support. His work spans web applications and Odoo-based enterprise platforms, with experience in Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Django, React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, SQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. He has developed custom Odoo modules, business workflows, validations, access controls, interface enhancements, and integrations involving APIs, webhooks, imports and exports, and payment gateway connectivity. His approach is grounded in building systems that not only function well technically, but also strengthen business operations and improve the user experience.

Among his notable project work, Masego served as the sole developer for the Adumo Payment Gateway Integration for Odoo, taking ownership of the solution from design and development through testing, release management, and production support. He has also contributed significantly to the FlexiDrive Lindom platform, delivering full-stack enhancements across frontend and backend layers, and to the FlexiDrive Odoo Implementation, where he developed custom features end-to-end while supporting integrations, deployments, code reviews, testing, and client-facing communication. These projects reflect his ability to work confidently across technical depth, product thinking, and delivery execution.

Before moving fully into software engineering, Masego completed an 18-month Work Integrated Learning Programme with the Office of the Premier in Limpopo, rotating through multidisciplinary directorates including Special Programmes, Youth Development, Public Sector Human Resource Development, Records and Facilities Management, Financial Management, and Performance Management and Development Services. This experience broadened his understanding of organisational systems, public-sector processes, and cross-functional coordination, which now informs his practical and business-aware approach to technology delivery.

Masego is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce in Information Technology Management through MANCOSA, building on a broader academic background that includes a Higher Certificate in Information Technology, a Diploma in Public Management, and a National Certificate in Film and Television Production. His educational path reflects both technical development and creative versatility, supported further by certifications in Computer Science from Harvard University, Financial Technology Innovations from the University of Michigan, and Python through Google’s IT Automation programme.
